Normative Dimensions of Portal and Systemic Intraabdominal Veins of Children on CT

Abstract: Background: Chronic liver diseases cause portal hypertension resulting in portal vein enlargement. Vascular compression syndromes and the status of hydration of the body are determined by vein diameters.
