At the beginning ,this paper analyses the current situation on chinas energy enterprises going out ;Then this article generalize the going out modes into three kinds, that is the protocol mode on exploit and services, the mode of mergers and acquisitions and the mode of resource bidding. By using TOWS Matrix method, this paper analyses these modes respectively. Finally, this article put forward the path to choose the better mode for Chinas energy enterprises.

The structure and performance of the axial warp-knitted composite were introduced, including bi-axial and multi-axial organizations. According to the unique structure of this fabric, the mechanical properties and the advantages as a composite reinforcement were compared with regular staple woven fabrics. The advantages of composites reinforced by bi-axial and multi-axial knitted fabrics were discussed and the applications of such advanced materials were briefly presented.

Note on an inequality of Vicente Gonçalves

Abstract: In this paper, a new proof of the inequality of Vicente Gonçalves was given. The method may be powerful to deal with some problems of polynomials. As an application, a new inequality for the coefficients of a polynomial and its roots was derived.
