Notice of Retraction: Application of Optimal Control Theory in the Determination of Optimal CO2 Abatement and Economic Growth Paths in China

Abstract: This paper introduced the optimal control theory into the economy-energy-emission framework to solve the problem that what would be the optimal path of abatement and economic growth under the proposed abatement target. The optimizing results show that the delay of start time to take effective abatement measures is optimal to social welfare.
