Novedades en el certificado de antecedentes judiciales y sus impactos en las tareas de cuidados

Abstract: El presente artículo ahonda en dos objetivos principales. Primeramente, exhibir las últimas novedades legislativas sobre la presentación de certificados de antecedentes judiciales para trabajos que involucren tareas de cuidados. En segundo lugar, potenciar la necesidad de visibilizar a los cuidados, como derecho y como función social.
