Abstract: Background The selective tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) nilotinib has been approved for the treatment of adult patients with newly diagnosed Philadelphia chromosome positive chronic myeloid leukemia in chronic phase (Ph+ CML-CP) globally, including Taiwan.
