Novel alkylaminoethyl derivatives of androstane 3-oximes as anticancer candidates: synthesis and evaluation of cytotoxic effects

Abstract: Novel steroid O-alkylated 3-oxyimino derivatives were synthesized and evaluated in vitro for their antitumor properties. The obtained data indicate the potential of these functionalities for the development of new candidates for tumor treatment.
