Abstract: Peptides possessing antihypertensive attributes via inhibiting the angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) were derived through the enzymatic degradation of Trichiurus lepturus (ribbonfish) using alkaline protease. The resulting mixture underwent filtration using centrifugation, ultrafiltration tubes, and Sephadex G-25 gels.
