Novel Anti-amoebic Properties of Agarophytes Gracilaria changii and Gracilaria salicornia Extracts

Abstract: Introduction: Acanthamoeba is a ubiquitous and parasitic protozoan capable of causing serious human infections, resulting in blindness and even death. Seaweeds are abundant and widely known for their antimicrobial properties.
