Abstract:Conventional wiper mechanisms that are used in automotive vehicles comprise numerous linkages and joints. In this study, in order to obtain a simpler design, a novel compliant wiper mechanism is introduced. The wiper mechanism is essentially a partially compliant four-bar mechanism.
