Abstract:Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) is a devastating neurodegenerative disease with limited treatment options. ALS pathogenesis involves intricate processes within motor neurons (MNs), characterized by dysregulated Ca2+ influx and buffering in early ALS-affected MNs.
