Abstract:Inhibiting the activity of immune checkpoint proteins to reignite the antitumor activity of immune cells has emerged as a pivotal strategy. PD-L1 and VISTA, as critical proteins governing immune regulation, are concurrently upregulated under conditions such as hypoxia.
