Novel polymer waveguides consisting of an alicyclic methacrylate copolymer

Abstract: We investigate the deep-UV-induced refractive index modification of alicyclic methacrylate copolymers for realizing integrated optical circuits for the development of cheap, disposable integrated optical sensors for chemical and biological monitoring.
