Abstract:Abstract9H fluoren containing indoline scaffolds were developed by coupling indoline amine with α‐carboxylic acid group of amino acids in the presence of the peptide coupling reagent hexafluorophosphate benzotriazole tetramethyluronium (HBTU). All eight (12a–12h) synthesized indoline scaffolds were analyzed for their potent antibacterial and antifungal activities.
