Abstract:In this research, 15 novel derivatives of the thiazolactone skeleton were synthesized using the Erlenmeyer–Plöchl reaction procedure. Glycine, alanine and leucine amino acids were used to make dithiocarbamate precursor by reacting amino acids with carbon disulfide and benzyl chloride.
