Abstract: Mequanint Moges earned his Ph.D. from the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the State University of New York at Stony Brook. He received his B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Addis Ababa in Ethiopia and M.Sc. degree in Communication Systems from the University of New South Wales in Australia.
