Nuclear magnetic resonance in single‐crystal lead

Abstract: NMR-signals from an oriented lead single crystal were obtained a t 4.2 K for the [OOl] and [I101 direction parallel to the magnetic field. A spectrometer with a superconducting magnet and digital data acquisition was used. The orientation dependence of the second moments of the line was employed to determine the value of the pseudodipolar coupling constant B(rij) for the first two shells of nearest neighbours.
