Nuclear receptor 4A1 (NR4A1) silencing protects hepatocyte against hypoxia-reperfusion injury in vitro by activating liver kinase B1 (LKB1)/AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK) signaling

Abstract: The nuclear receptor 4A1 (NR4A1) is widely involved in the regulation of cell survival and is related to ischemic injury in several organs. This research examined the emerging role and mechanism of NR4A1 in hepatocyte ischemia-reperfusion injury (IRI).
