From those common methods of processing Ikan Patin, it can be transformed into one of the most well-known types of food in the world, which is nugget. Nugget Ikan Patin, also known as Nugtin Mozahos, the brand of this product, is made from combination of Ikan Patin meat, carrots, and mozzarella cheese. The origins of this innovation were aimed at children who dislike fish but enjoy cheese and nuggets. This product's main ingredients are Ikan Patin meat, carrot, egg, flour, and a special blend of spices that make it very tasty when served with honey sauce.
