Numerical Analysis and Experimental Study of Gun Barrel’s Two-dimensional Transient Temperature Field

Abstract: Abstract. This paper aims at gun erosion under the condition of periodic thermal shock during firing. Firstly, the mathematical model with two-dimensional heat conduction for gun barrel was established.
