Abstract:The paper presents an experimental investigation of the impact properties and imperfections of the 3D printed Al4043A aluminium-silicium alloy using wire-arc additive manufacturing. Using an experimental program based on factorial experiments, correlations between the main WAAM process parameters and the related properties of the deposition were determined.
