Numerical simulation of axially symmetric ultrawideband radiators

Abstract: A code based on the finite-differences time-domain method has been developed to simulate axially symmetric ultrawideband radiators. The results obtained with the use of this code are compared with the now available data. Approaches to the determitation of the edges of the radiation zones for a short electric monopole are discussed.
