Numerical Simulation of Stainless Steel Powder Feeding in a Coaxial Nozzle for High Powder Efficiency in Laser Direct Energy Deposition

Abstract: Direct energy deposition (DED) is an efficient manufacturing process for the fabrication of complex parts and repair of worn-out turbine blades.
