Numerical simulation study on the slow cook-off response characteristics of PBX explosive

Abstract: The zero order reaction kinetic model was used to simulate the heating of energetic binder PBX charge at four heating rates of 3.3K/h, 6K/h, 9K/h and 30K/h, respectively. The key parameters such as the evolution of temperature field, ignition time, ignition temperature and ignition area were obtained.
