Numerical Solution of Some COVID-19 Models

Abstract: This paper presents a two-step Bernstein induced scheme for the numerical solution of some COVID-19 models. The scheme is developed via collocation and interpolation techniques invoked on Bernstein polynomials; the proposed scheme is consistent, between orders four and three. This method can estimate the approximate solution at step points simultaneously by using variable step size.
