Nuotekų ir vamzdynų, užterštų riebalais, valymo, naudojant bakterinį preparatą, technologija / Технология очистки сточных вод и трубопроводов, загрязнённых липидами,с использованием бактериального препарата

Abstract: The complex, effective and innovative cleaning technology for lipid-rich wastewater and pipelines contaminated by lipids, was developed. For this purpose, laboratory experiments were performed to verify the efficiency of bacterial preparation (Enterobacter aerogenes E13, Arthrobacter sp. N3 and Bacillus coagulans S1) to degrade the grease in water and in drainpipes. The results showed that selected microorganisms intensively degrade grease to light odourless precipitate, water and CO2, thus could be applied in… Show more

“…These loads are easily degradable under natural contagion with microbes and fungi and undergo spontaneous fermentation and saprogenic processes, which results in fast increase in soluble pools of e.g. COD and BOD [17][18][19][20] with reference to their dispersed pools. A frequent phenomenon accompanying those processes is also the appearance and fixation of emulsive character of the wastewater, especially for fatty substances [21].…”

“…This condition would produce compost with high organic material content. The oil and fat decomposition by microorganisms will turn oil and fat into harmless organic and inorganic solids, CO 2 , and H 2 O (Matikeviciene et al, 2012). Hydrolysis of fatty acids with long chains in oil and fat can inhibit the growth of various microorganisms, this condition makes the decomposition process slow.…”
