Nurse Perspectives on Referrals for Oncology Patients to Reproductive Endocrinologists: Results of a Learning Activity

Abstract: Background For adolescents and young adults (AYAs) with cancer, concern about future fertility is widespread. Yet, referrals rates to reproductive endocrinologists (REI) are low. Oncology nurses are in a prime position to make these referrals but may lack the knowledge to do so.
