Nurse roles in the advance directive system in Korea

Abstract: Background In 2016, the Act on Decisions on Life‐Sustaining Treatment for Patients in Hospice and Palliative Care was implemented in Korea, providing a broad framework for end‐of‐life decision‐making for the first time and making advance directives legally recognized documents.
