Nutrient compositional variation and interrelationship in the muscle of wild and plastic-reared brachyuran

Abstract: Edible brachyurans are recognized as a popular source of food due to their delicious taste and nutritional quality. This study investigated the nutrient compositional variation and interrelationship in the muscle of wild and plastic-reared Cardisoma armatum.
