Nutriepigenomics in Environmental-Associated Oxidative Stress

Abstract: Complex molecular mechanisms define our responses to environmental stimuli. Beyond the DNA sequence itself, epigenetic machinery orchestrates changes in gene expression induced by diet, physical activity, stress and pollution, among others.
