Abstract:Leafy green vegetables Chaya mansa (Cnidoscolus aconitifolius) are popular around the world, particularly in Mexico and Central America. Chaya mansa has high levels of dietary fibre, vitamins A, C, and K, as well as minerals including calcium, iron, and potassium.
