Abstract:Ficus benjamina is a common tree in Taman Botani Johor and a food source for many frugivorous birds. This study investigated the nutrient content of F. benjamina fruits by analyzing the fruits of 7 species of birds that were observed safely feeding on the tree. The fruits were collected and analyzed for their nutrient content using a standard method for nutritional composition determination.
