Abstract:In Côte d'Ivoire, Solanum nigrum Linn. leaves are consumed at breakfast in rural zones most of the time fortified with peanut paste. Thus, in this study, this meal was evaluated by appropriate methods for its nutrients content in order to determine if it can cover the needs of the morning of famers.
