Abstract: Glycosylation in human cholangiocarcinoma (CCA) actively contributes to pathophysiological steps of tumor progression. Of note is the dynamic modification of proteins by O-linked β-N-acetyl-glucosamine (O-GlcNAcylation) that modulates various tumor-associated biological activities.
