Abstract:Osmotic stress is a major threaten to the growth and yield stability of Brassica napus. Post-translational modification with O-linked β-N-acetylglucosamine (O-GlcNAc) is ubiquitous in plants, and participates in a variety of signal transduction and metabolic regulation.
