O sentimento de pertencimento social como um direito básico e universal

Abstract

ResumoEste trabalho apresenta o estudo da condição humana elaborado por Doyal e Gough (1994), fazendo interface com a Psicologia Social Crítica. Esses autores propõem uma compreensão objetiva e universal das necessidades humanas, e incluem, na esfera dos direitos sociais, que devem ser providos pelo Estado, necessidades que extrapolam a necessidade material. Os referenciais sócio-históricos da desigualdade social, pela perspectiva dialética, são estruturantes das discussões aqui desenvolvidas. A interface com a Psicologia Social Crítica é possível quando os autores incluem fatores psicossociais nas necessidades básicas de todo ser humano, evidenciando que o enfrentamento da desigualdade social deve superar o modelo de política pública, que transforma perversamente a exclusão social em inclusão, sem considerar as diversas formas de legitimação social que determinam ou que são determinadas pela desigualdade. AbstractThis paper presents the study of the human condition, developed by Doyal and Gough, doing an interface with critical social psychology. These authors propose an objective and universal conception of human needs and include on field of the social right that must be provided by state, needs that go beyond material deprivation. The socio historical references of social inequality in the dialectical perspective are the base of the discussions that we developed. The interface with psychology can be possible when the authors include psychosocial factors as human need basic and universal, showing that coping of the social inequality must overcome the model of public policy that perversely transforms exclusion in inclusion, without considering the different forms of social legitimacy that determine the inequality or are determined by it.
