Obesity phenotypes are preserved in intestinal stem cell enteroids from morbidly obese patients

Abstract: Obesity and obesity-related comorbidities are significant health care challenges. Bariatric surgery (BS) is the most effective therapy for treating obesity and type 2 diabetes.
