Objective Measurement of Leg Ulcer Area in Sickle Cell Anemia Patients Using Infrared Photography

Abstract: Measurement of skin ulcer area is essential for accurate assessment of the efficacy of different therapeutic strategies. Currently, measurement options involve subjective evaluation of ulcer borders.
