Objective Personality Determination: A Useful Addition to the Traditional Process of Pediatric Surgical Fellow Selection

Abstract: Background Selection of pediatric surgical trainees is a multifaceted process heavily influenced by in-person interviews to determine personality makeup and institutional compatibility.
