Observation and Protection of Citizens’ Environmental Rights in a Coal Mining Region

Abstract: Kemerovo region is one of the territories richest in coal deposits. Kuznetsky coal basin is one of the largest coal basins in the world. Constant increase in mining of that natural treasure has an impact on the ecological well-being of the region.
