Observation of degenerate zero-energy topological states at disclinations in an acoustic lattice

Abstract: Building upon the bulk-boundary correspondence in topological phases of matter, disclinations have recently been harnessed to trap fractionally quantized density of states (DoS) in classical wave systems.
