Observations of unusually broadened HF radar spectra from heater-induced artificial plasma irregularities

Abstract: Cooperative UK Twin‐Located Auroral Sounding System (CUTLASS) HF backscatter targets may be artificially produced using the European Incoherent Scatter (EISCAT) HF ionospheric modification facility at Tromsø, Norway.
