Obstructed hemivagina and ipsilateral renal agenesis with intestinal malrotation

Abstract: The combination of uterus didelphys, obstructed hemivagina, and ipsilateral renal agenesis represents a rare congenital anomaly called Herlyn-Werner-Wunderlich syndrome (HWWS) or obstructed hemivagina and ipsilateral renal anomaly (OHVIRA) syndrome.
