Obstructive sleep apnoea syndrome in children

Abstract: SummaryObstructive sleep apnoea syndrome in children is a complex disorder characterised by repeated nocturnal episodes of increased upper airway resistive load. It is most commonly associated with adenotonsillar hypertrophy and more children are now presenting for adenotonsillectomy.
