Obstructive sleep apnoea

Abstract: Obstructive Sleep Apnoea (OSA) is increasing in prevalence due to rising obesity. Whilst OSA is a disorder primarily of the upper airway during sleep, its pathophysiological impact on other body systems is increasingly recognised.
