Occult follicular lymphoma in a swollen regional lymph node of gastric schwannoma

Abstract: Background Regional lymphadenopathy is more commonly noted in gastric schwannomas than in other gastric submucosal tumors. Most of the swollen lymph nodes associated with gastric schwannomas are non-metastatic lymphadenopathy.
