“…During the interview with the Dhokra artisans, it was found that the artisans with experience <10 years failed to continue their training in the initial years and reported high fever and body pain, resulting in taking more rest and increased absenteeism, thus resulting in productive loss and ultimately loss of job. A similar reporting was also observed on occupational health problems among young workers in the informal sector in India (Kamble et al, 2021; Lalitha & Ghatak, 2015). Present research reveals experienced artisans reported difficulty maintaining productive work and have a problem with consistent attendance at work.…”
