Abstract:L. monocytogenes is considered one of the most dangerous foodborne pathogens. This study aimed to determine the occurrence of L. monocytogenes in RTE meat products from southern Poland, including serogroups and antimicrobial susceptibility, and to assess the usefulness of MALDI-TOF MS as a tool for identifying L. monocytogenes.
