Abstract:Chronic myelo-monocytic leukemia (CMML) is an aggressive myeloid neoplasm with some features of a myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) and others of a myeloproliferative neoplasm (MPN). Rarely, patients with CMML have a co-existing lympho-proliferative disorder (LPD).
