“…In order to investigate the susceptibility of Korean and foreign rose cultivars to A. tumefaciens, the selected pathogenic strain RC12 strain was streaked onto yeast extract beef medium. After incubation at 25℃ for 48 h, bacterial suspension was adjusted to 10 8 cfu/ml and was prepared for inoculation (Han et al, 2006;Zhou et al, 2000).
