Ochronotic arthropathy of bilateral hip joints: A case report

Abstract: BACKGROUND Ochronosis, also known as alkaptonuria, is a rare autosomal recessive self-metabolic disease arising from deficiency of homogentisate 1,2 dioxygenase enzyme.
